Project 46 DET FINAL WORKSHOP in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam – THANK YOU!

The DET Final Workshop on Design, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of Biological Laboratory was successfully implemented on 21-22 October, 2017 at Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.

We wish to thank all of our local hosts once again for supporting Project 46 and the DET Final Workshop of Brunei Darussalam.

The workshop followed Phase 1 (Workshop I and Workshop II) of the project, where 34 delegates involved in the programme from the participating South-East Asian countries, namely Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand and Viet Nam, were trained as DET in the field of Design, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of Biological Laboratories. The event was a unique occasion for the DET to meet their colleagues of the Regional Biorisk Expert Team (BET) who were also trained in the framework of WP3 of Component 2.

We are grateful to all the participant for their proactive contribution which created a dynamic learning environment and made the workshop a real success!
