We are pleased to announce that today, Wednesday 5th September, we are taking part in the 2nd Partners Meeting of the International Network on Biotechnology (INB), which is held at the UN Campus in Geneva, Switzerland.

The two-day event is organized by the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI) with the collaboration of the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and it represents the second appointment in which different group of stakeholders, including academic and research institutions, can discuss and analyse together the role of INB in promoting responsible science and education in biosafety, biosecurity and bioethics.

The purpose of the network is to develop a global network of experts from all over the world who aim to share their knowledge and expertise in order to promote a responsible conduct in the life sciences and biotechnology.

The aim of this 2nd INB Partners meeting is to update the several partners on the fourteen actions already targeted during their first conference and to examine together the next steps that must be undertaken. Furthermore, it represents the right occasion to study the INB portal in order to find the best method in terms of structure, navigation as well as reviewing and improving contents carried on by the INB.

We are really glad to meet our colleagues in this important event!
